Recovery Hub - Regions 6 & 7
Regional Recovery Hubs connect individuals and families to recovery support services across Pennsylvania. Hubs work with local partners to provide peer, family, and self-care supports, and some also function as SCAs. Although based in one county, many hubs serve multiple counties, allowing individuals in surrounding areas to seek help through hub staff.
At a Loss Support Group
Steps4Hope
This live, online grief support group is for parents who have lost a child to substance use and offers a compassionate space to connect with others who share similar loss. Free of charge and sponsored by Steps4Hope, the group meets virtually via Zoom and is facilitated by a licensed grief professional.
BCARES Family Connect
Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission
BCARES Family Connect provides peer-based support for family members who have a loved one with a substance use disorder. Volunteers with lived experience offer listening, resource connection, and support 24/7 by phone, text, email, or in person in the community.

Be a Part of the Conversation equips families and communities with skills and resources to understand substance use, addiction, and related public health issues. Through community programs, shared lived experiences, and inclusive conversations, the organization fosters connection, challenges stigma, and supports healthy coping and access to help when needed.

Drew Michael Taylor Foundation Grief Center
The Bereaved Spouse grief support group is designed specifically for individuals grieving the death of a spouse. The group provides a supportive, confidential space for connection, shared experience, and healing alongside others navigating spousal loss.
Berks County GRASP Chapter
Grief Recovery After a Substance Passing (GRASP)
GRASP (Grief Recovery After Substance Passing) is a peer support community for individuals who have lost a loved one to substance use or overdose. The group offers compassionate, nonjudgmental support from others with lived experience, helping participants grieve, connect, and heal without blame or stigma.
Bridge to Hope
Passavant Hospital Foundation
Bridge to Hope is a free, weekly support group for family members and friends impacted by a loved one’s substance use or addiction. The group provides a welcoming space for education, mutual support, and shared experience, with an emphasis on coping skills, self‑care, and maintaining hope.
Camp Crossroads
St. Luke's Penn Foundation
Camp Crossroads is a free overnight weekend camp for children and youth impacted by a loved one’s substance use, offering a supportive environment to build coping skills, resilience, and confidence. Through a combination of traditional camp activities and therapeutic group sessions, participants connect with peers who share similar experiences while learning that addiction is a disease and not their fault. Camp Mariposa
Camp Mariposa is a free, national addiction prevention and mentoring program for youth ages 9–12 who have been impacted by substance use in their families. Through recurring weekend camps and year‑round activities led by mental health professionals and trained mentors, the program combines traditional camp experiences with education and peer support to build coping skills, confidence, and positive connections for children, teens, and their families.
Central Bucks County Grandfamilies Support Group
Grandfamilies
This peer‑led support group brings together grandparents and other relatives who are raising the children of loved ones. Facilitated by grandparents with lived experience, the group offers a supportive space to share challenges, celebrate successes, build knowledge, and connect with others on similar caregiving journeys.
CMC: Foundation for Change
CMC: Foundation for Change
CMC: Foundation for Change supports families and loved ones of people struggling with substance use through the evidence‑based Invitation to Change (ITC) approach. CMC offers education and trainings for families and professionals that challenge stigma and “tough love” narratives, providing compassionate, practical tools to support change while also encouraging self‑care and compassion for caregivers.
