Learn to Cope
Learn to Cope is a free, peer‑led support network for family members and friends of individuals affected by substance use disorder, offering a safe space to share experiences, learn about addiction, and gain hope. Meetings are facilitated by trained volunteers and staff, include guest speakers and overdose education, and provide Narcan training, with no cost to attend for adults ages 18 and older.

Created by the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance, PA Stop offers evidence‑based tools to help families understand opioid risks and connect to effective care and support across Pennsylvania.

TRAIN PA Naloxone Training offers a free, on‑demand video that teaches Pennsylvanians how to recognize an opioid overdose and safely use intranasal naloxone (Narcan). The training explains opioids, overdose warning signs, and Pennsylvania’s standing order that allows anyone to obtain naloxone without a prescription. Completing the training provides a certificate that offers legal protection under Good Samaritan law when helping someone in an overdose emergency.
