Six Steps to SANITY - Sewickley

Six Steps to SANITY is a faith-based support group for parents and families affected by a loved one’s substance use, adapted from Setting Boundaries with Your Adult Children by Allison Bottke. The program provides a safe, confidential environment where participants learn practical tools to address enabling and codependency, find support, and experience healing alongside others facing similar challenges.
