Nar-Anon Family Groups
Nar-Anon Family Groups
Nar‑Anon Family Groups provide mutual support for family members and friends whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drug use. Using a 12‑step model based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, meetings offer a space for shared experiences, understanding, and coping strategies, with no requirement for participation beyond having a loved one with a substance use problem. Nar‑Anon is independent and not affiliated with other organizations, and meetings are free to attend.
