Lower Bucks County Grandfamilies Support Group

This peer‑led support group brings together grandparents and other relatives who are raising the children of loved ones. Facilitated by grandparents with lived experience, the group offers a supportive space to share challenges, celebrate successes, build knowledge, and connect with others on similar caregiving journeys.
