Families in Pennsylvania can get help for themselves and their loved ones through their local Single County Authority (SCA), which coordinates substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery services in each county. SCAs can help individuals and families understand available options, connect them to assessments, treatment programs, family services, and recovery supports—often regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Family members can contact their county SCA directly to ask questions, find support for themselves, learn how to navigate the treatment system, and access resources that support both recovery and family well‑being.
